Silver 50-59 points
Gold 60-79 points
Platinum 80+ points
Max 100 points + additional 10 bonus points
Construction phase
Credit
each sustainable category has a group of credits that defines a particular sustainability goal
Only need to achieve enough credits for the certification level. Project does not have to achieve all credits depending on the certification level. It only needs enough credits to achieve the desired certification level.
Project gets point for achieving credits.
Have different weighting depending on their ability to impact different environmental and human health concerns
