1= wear gloves

1= choose airway measuring vertical distance from anguls mandibulae to incisor teeth

1= open mouth with fingers placed on molar teeth, insert airway with rotation movements

1= check airway

1= evacuate airway (without rotation)

1= student says – “Scene is clear”, asks casualty – “How are you?” and gently shake the shoulders

1= show the helper and says – “Call the ambulance, person is unconscious and come back”

1= open airways and look the chest (look), move the cheek close to the mouth of casualty (listen, feel), 10 sec

1= 30 chest compressions with the speed 100-120/min, 5- 6 cm deep

1= make 2 rescue breaths with manual ventilator from side position during not more than 5 sec

1= switch on defibrillator, see the lead, imitate gel application on paddles

1= place the paddles correctly on the chest using sternum/ apex localization

1= say the rhythm

1= charge defibrillator, loudly says „clear” and move yourself out of the patient’s bed

1= same time press both red buttons and immediately continue with chest compressions

1= choose appropriate size face mask

1= correctly connect oxygen to the manual ventilator and provide oxygen flow 10-15 L/min

1= correctly connect the mask to the face

1= open airways (see if hermetic mask placement)

1= ventilation result is movements of the chest

1= choose appropriate high concentration O2 mask

1= correctly connect oxygen to the mask and provide O2  flow 10-15 L/min

1= fill O2 reservoir

1= correctly fix the mask to the face

1= make sure that patient is able to breath with mask (see chest rising,O2 reservoir movements – says loudly)

1= Wear gloves.

1= Correctly localize place for puncture, disinfect the skin.

1= Check power - assisted device without the needle, choose appropriate needle, insert into the device.

1= Insert i/o catheter at 90o angle to the surface of the bone until the resistance will be lost, evacuate the needle, fix the catheter in place.

1= Add i/v line, fix the catheter.

1= wear gloves

1= choose appropriate airway if measure the distance between nasal wing and external ear

1= open nostril with index finger on the top of the nose, insert airway gently using rotation movements

1= check the breathing (look, listen, feel)

1= evacuate airway

1= choose nasal cannula

1= correctly add O2 connector

1= provide O2 flow 4-6 L/min

1= correctly fix nasal cannula to the face (around ear and chin)

1= make sure that patient is able to breath with cannula

1= wear gloves

1= choose appropriate size laryngeal tube (for adult 155- 180 cm high LT with red color)

1= open airways (open mouth with index finger and thumb) and insert LT until black sign is between front teeth or until feel light resistance, control the midline

1= fill the cuff, connect manual ventilator and make ventilations

1= fix laryngeal tube

1= wear gloves

1= connect ECG electrodes, choose appropriate lead

1= choose appropriate  NIBP cuff, place it correctly, read the measurement

1= connect SpO2 sensor

1= read the measurements
