The Drum is the most important member because all projects/task have dependencies on him and can progress further without their contribution. So instead of typical sheduling we optimize the shedule of the drum so he has a constant working flow and shedule the other task around him
Bundeling of Resources —> people lie when doing estimations and thats why we collect all estimations and then cut them in half to create a “fuel tank” of buffer everyone can use—>and it should be used because it was cut in half
“We steer this bullshit using the buffer index := buffer consumption/progress rate“
