autocratic leadership
the leaders make most or all of the decisions, whitout the input of the employees. Autocratic subordinates on what must be done, how it should be done and when it must be completed.
democratic leadership
Democratic leadership give some decisions-making power to the group, but in the end the final say still rest with the leaders-staff members just have an opportunity to provide their opinions and recommondations giong forward.
laissez-faire
Laissez-faire leadership is a rather relaxed leadership style, giving complete decisions-making control to the staff. Its is up to them to manage their workeload, while the leaders neither get in the way nor closely oversee what they are doing
