In order to be a good leader, you need to be a whole leader:
-It is about strategy, empathy and risk
-secession planning -> Who steps up, when you can’t anymore. Sharing your knowledge
-Considers himself a servant leader. He wouldn’t delegate something he wouldn’t do himself
-Servant leader and invisible leader. Put your ego aside and do it from a space of love

Does servant leadership work everywhere or are there borders?
Yes, there are boundaries. Just because you’re a servant leader, doesn’t mean you don’t have boundaries so people don’t abuse your kindness. You often need to switch, change and assess what needs to be done in certain circumstances.
Servant leadership in a pure exhibition of performance is not so realistic?
No. It is impossible to always be in servant leadership
