I am systems technician from SENA, graduated in 2020

I m from Cartagena, I live with my parents and a dog

I am a very calm person, I like skating, camping, I like meditation and explore my consciousness every day

I like to hang out with my friends, I usually skate with a group of friends, we make routes around the city at nights, I like go to the gym, sometimes I like to read, I am currently reading Prozac Nation which is a true story about the author’s depression and Watch TV shows, my favorite is black mirror because each chapter is about dystopian future on science fiction

If I get this job, I will be working at Teleperformance otherwise I will continue studying English and programming courses on a platform called Udemy, to apply for web development jobs. And in long term I would also like to study system engineering

The first aspect that I consider is patience, As a customer service agent we have to control our emotions and deal with angry, lazy or clumsy customers all the time

Second, is organization because we are going to be dealing with a lot of information and third is knowledge because It’s important to guide the customer efficiently

I consider myself the best option thanks to my experience and the skills I have acquired in my last job as technical support, such as complete all the task efficiently, be self taught and I am also an attentive person because I like to help others

I would like to work in Teleperformace because It is a great place to work and develop my English, I know there are a lot of opportunities to grow, and social campings. I worked as a technical support so I like to advised people and solve problems and doubts

Once when I was 12 years old, I traveled with my mother and my brother to visit my sister in Switzerland, I was very happy because I have never been to that country, I also was excited to see her because I had never lived with her, and she had a boyfriend called Reto and I was very celous because I though she was only mine you know jaja, and I made his life miserable and impossible, for example I didn’t want to talk to him, I didn’t want to play with him, my sister scolded me because of my bad attitude and because I was acting like a brad, and at that time I didn’t get along very well with my brother because he was rude and because he didn’t like huggings, and I love hugs, and once we went to visit a friend of my sister, and she had a black cat that she loves like a son, and I was very cute and quite all the time, that she wanted to adopt me but my sister said no, and I was very sad because I did want her to adopt me and staying in there, living there learning german, but at the same time I still think that my life would be so different right now but although I could never change all the love that my family feels for me
