Kohärenz: inhaltliche Verbindung zwischen zwei Sätzen, ergibt sich aus Weltwissen, das wir haben

• Intentionality: producer’s attitude and intention, goal and plan

• Informativity: info depends on addressee’s expectation, density of information, packed into one element

• Acceptability: addressee’s attitude towards text, expects cohesive and coherent text and interpret it accordingly

• Situationality: appropriate for the situation

• Intertextuality: depends on addressee’s knowledge of other, previous texts
