Gültigkeit: Test soll das messen, was er zu messen vorgibt, gewisse Kriterien müssen eingehalten werden
Normierung: Referenzwerte für Test entwickeln, damit Ergebnisse interpretiert werden können, Normen wie Alter, Geschlecht, ethnische Herkunft etc können als Normen berücksichtigt werden
Praktische Anwendbarkeit: sollte einfach durchzuführen sein, angemessene Zeitdauer, damit er in verschiedenen Settings (Schulen, Stadien etc) durchgeführt werden kann
Ethik und Sicherheit: ethische Grundsätze beachten, Schutz Privatsphäre, Einwilligung Teilnehmer, Sicherheit während der Drchführung
Ressourcen: verfügbare Ressourcen (Zeit, Personal, finanzielle Mittel) müssen für Durchführung, Validierung und Auswertung berücksichtigt werden
Kriterien für die Gültigkeit motorischer Tests
Inhaltsvalidität: deckt Test alle relevanten Aspekte der motorischen Fähigkeit ab?
Kriteriumsvalidität: korreliert der Test mit anderen etablierten Maßnahmen der motorischen Leistung?
Konstruktbezogene Validität: inwieweit entspricht der Test etablierten theoretischen Konstrukten?
Wie entstehen Normwerte und wieso werden Normwerte im Kontext zu motorischer Leistungsfähigkeit überarbeitet?
2 Möglichkeiten zur Entstehung von Normwerten:
Festlegung von Kriterien
Empirische Bestimmung von normierten Referenzwerten für definierte Vergleichswerte (Standardwerte oder Mojoritätsnormen)
Regel zur Ermittlung der Referenzwerte dominiert, da für Kriteriumsnormen häufig ur wenig plausible Annahmen getroffen werden können
2 Probleme: selten repräsentative Referenzstichproben zur Entwicklung von Normwerten, Aktualität)
Limitations der Testdiagnostik
test-retest Varianz: wenn Ergebnisse nach wiederholter Durchführung nicht stabil sind, kann dies die Zuverlässigkeit des Tests einschränken (Faktoren wie Tagesform, Lern- Trainingseffekte, Messfehler können Einfluss haben)
Messfehler: durch unzureichende Standardisierung, ungenaue Messinstrumente und weitere Faktoren
Testvalidität: der Test misst tatsächlich nicht das, was er zu messen vorgibt
Mangelnde Standardisierung: wenn Test nicht ordnungsgemäß standardisiert ist (zB Testbedingungen nicht für alle gleich) kann Vergleichbarkeit der Ergebnisse beeinträchtigt werden
Unzureichende Instruktonen: wenn testaufgaben und Durchführung unklar sind, kann dies zu Verwirrung der Teilnehmer führen und Zuverlässigkeit, validität der Ergebnisse beeinträchtigen

Für bessere Vergleichbarkeit: Normierung auf Körpergewicht (relative, maximale Sauerstoffaufnahme)
Aerobe und anaerobe Schwelle
aerobe Laktatschwelle: Geschwindigkeitsbereich, bei der die Blutlaktatkonzentration erstmals ansteigt IAS
wird subjektiv als etwas anstrengend wahrgenommen
Aerobe Schwelle ist individuell (Marathon >1,0 mmol, bei Freizeitläufern <2,0 mmol)
Anaerobe Laktatschwelle: Geschwindigkeitsbereich, bei dem maximales Laktat Steady State erreicht wird IANS
Steady State: Laktatbildung und Abbau sind ausgeglichen, also kein weiterer Anstieg
Subjektiv wird diese Intensität als sehr anstrengend wahrgenommen
Liegt etwa 1,5mmol über Laktatschwelle IAS
Über anaerober Schwelle steigt Laktatkonzentration exponentiell an, Übersäuerung der Muskeln und starke Ermüdung
Wie können Trainingsbereiche aus der Laktatdiagnostik abgeleitet werden
anhand der Laktatwerte können optimale individuelle Trainingsintensitäten und Trainingszonen definiert werden

Phasenwinkel
Maß für Zelldichte, Membranintegrittät, gibt Aussage über Zustand der Zelle und Gesundheit des Organismus
jede stoffwechselaktive Zelle besitzt eine Zellmembran, die wie ein Kondensator aufgebaut ist
Durch diese Eigenschaft entsteht eine Zeitverschiebung zwischen Strommaximum und Spannungsmaximum (Strom eilt Spannung voraus)
BIA Geräte funktionieren über eine phasensensitive Elektronik mit Wechselstrom, Zeitverschiebung kann in Grad gemessen werden
Intakte, pralle Zellen weisen einen höheren Phasenwinkel auf (Body cell mass)

Phasenwinkel ist proportional zur BCM
